Good Old Raglan
This is an extremely versatile and free pattern* that comes in many sizes in the range 0-14 years.
The Good Old Raglan sweater is knit from the top and down in the round. The neck opening is shaped with short rows, and the armholes are shaped with raglan increases. Once the armholes have been shaped, stitches are removed and set aside for the sleeves to be knit later. The body is then completed in stocking stitch with a ribbed edge. The sleeves are then knit in the round and finished with a ribbed edge.

Frederik's Bow Tie
Frederik’s Bow Tie is a free pattern*, that was designed to accompany the stylish waistcoat shown in the picture (there is also a trousers to match and this design is called Frederik’s Gladrags).
You can knit this bow tie in any yarn you like. Bear in mind that the final measurements will depend on your gauge.
The bow tie is knitted as a rectangle in stocking stitch and is then folded over and sewn discretely, and attached to a piece of adjustable elastic.
