Payment
Twisted Knitwear accepts payments with Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debet and Maestro.
The payable amount will be deducted from your account when your order is completed and you have received your digital downloadable knitting pattern(s).
All prices listed on www.twistedknitwear.com are presented in Euros and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Twisted Knitwear uses a secure payment gateway that encrypts all information used for a transaction with the SSL protocol. This means that your data is secure and cannot be accessed by anyone or any system outside the payment system used by Twisted Knitwear.
Order Cancellation
When you purchase a digital downloadable knitting pattern(s), you acknowledge and agree to that fact that upon checkout the typical 14-day cancellation period that applies to physical products is null and void.

Complaints
In accordance with consumer law, there is a two-year legal warranty period in which you may make a complaint about a product(s) purchased at www.twistedknitwear.com. This provision applies to knitting pattern errors that interfere with sizing or construction and does not apply to minor typographical or formatting errors.
In the case of a complaint, Twisted Knitwear must be informed within a reasonable time after purchase. Here a maximum of 2 months is considered to be a reasonable time frame, unless an alternative time frame is agreed upon. If the complaint is deemed legitimate Twisted Knitwear will amend the affected knitting pattern(s) as soon as possible and refund the amount paid for the affected knitting pattern(s).
